Scheduled Tweets

By clicking Scheduled Tweets in the navigation bar, you can see if the Tweets you have programmed have been sent, validate the Tweets in pause, delete or modify the Tweets that have not yet started.

Tweets are sorted by scheduled sending date.

The scheduled Tweets that appear here are only those of the working account. Moreover, the Tweets that left did not appear (they appear in the module Tweets & likes).

The following describes the sections of the sidebar, as well as the actions that can be performed on the scheduled Tweets.

By default, search results are limited to 1000 Tweets. Click View parameters and then click Maximum number of results to change the default.

By default, a results page contains 10 Tweets. Click View parameters, and then click Number of results per page to change the default.

Low values of these parameters make the application more responsive, high values allow you to view more results with fewer interventions.

The upper part shows the number of found Tweets, the number of displayed Tweets (depends on the number of results view parameter) and the number of selected Tweets (see Bulk actions).

The lower part contains two checkboxes: one to select or deselect all the Tweets from the current page, the second allows you to select or deselect all Tweets of all pages (see Bulk actions).

Click on the calendar of your choice to display the Tweets programmed according to this calendar.

Note: The calendars you create differ from the calendars provided by the application by a slightly different symbol: for your calendars and for others.

To view Tweets that do not use a calendar, choose Off Calendar (at the top of the list).

To display everything (Tweets using a calendar or not), choose All (at the end of the list).

To see the Tweets for which the date of sending has not yet passed, click Tweets waiting to be sent.

To see the Tweets in pause, click Pending Tweets.

To see Tweets that could not be sent (for example due to duplicate Tweet), click Failed Tweets.

Finally, you can see the Tweets that you deleted by clicking Trash.

Filters allow you to refine the selection, for example by taking into account only Tweets containing photos or a particular hashtag.

Composite filters

A scheduled Tweet consists of 3 areas (separated in the following example for clarity):

Content area

This area contains the following:

  • The profile image and username of the account sending the Tweet.
  • The date scheduled to send the Tweet.
  • The text of the Tweet, and the attached photos, if any.
  • A button under the profile image allows to pause the Tweet or on the contrary to validate it.

Attributes area

To the left of the zone, a checkbox allows to select or deselect the Tweet for bulk actions.

At the top of the zone we have, from left to right, the attributes that will be assigned to the Tweet when it is sent:

  • A series of 5 stars allowing to assign to the Tweet a rating of 1 to 5.
  • Tags assigned to the Tweet: see Tags

At the bottom of the zone, we have:

  • The date of creation of the programmed Tweet.
  • If the sending is done according to a calendar, the name of the calendar is indicated.

Actions area

This area usually contains an Edit button to modify the Tweet (text, send date, …) and a Plus menu containing the other actions.

If the Tweet is in the trash, this area contains only a Restore button.

See Actions for the list of available actions.

Les actions disponibles pour l'instant sont :

Add/remove tags

See Tags.

Delete

See Trash for details.

Restore

Remove the Tweet from the trash.

See Trash for details.

Edit

By clicking on the Edit button, you can modify:

  • the text,
  • the photos to be attached,
  • the date of dispatch.

To modify the attributes (labels and note), you must use the Add/Remove tags action or the attributes area.

Pause or validate

When you schedule a Tweet, it is sent, if all goes well, on the date you have chosen. But you can suspend its sending by clicking on the symbol below the profile image. The symbol changes to . The Tweet will not be sent until you confirm by clicking on the symbol.

You cannot validate a Tweet sent out of calendar if the date of sending is passed: you must first modify the date of sending.

See the validation section of the Compose a Tweet page for more information.

This section describes the grouped actions available for scheduled Tweets.
